I currently offer free shipping of all my artwork, reproductions and products to the continental United States and Canada. At this time I do not ship to any other countries.
Original Artwork
I package and ship original artwork from my studio in Florida. Because packing requirements vary by artwork size and medium, I included this in the price of purchasing the artwork. Unless noted, all artwork is shipped unframed. Processing (packing) time of original artwork is 1-3 days and shipping adds another 3-5 business days (US) or 5-7 (Canada). I will notify you as soon as the artwork is shipped with all pertinent carrier and tracking information (if available.)
If you are somewhat local to me and depending on the type of artwork, I may be able to deliver personally instead. Local pickups or artwork viewing at my home studio is also available. Please contact me at charlotte@demolay.com for more information.
Reproductions, Prints and other Products
For reproductions, prints and other products (such as greeting cards) bought directly on my website are printed and shipped by a third party, unless otherwise noted. I currently work with Printful to fulfill these orders. Shipping origination depends your location as they have several print facilities. For continental United States addresses delivery will be 5-8 business days and for Canadian addresses 13-16 business days.
Reproductions and products featuring my art bought on other sites (such as Fine Art America or Society 6) are covered by their shipping and handling and return policies. I have no control over their processes.
