I understand all art is subjective. Please be sure of the colors and size before purchasing. If you would like to see how a painting might look in your space before purchasing feel free to take a nice photo of the space straight-on and email it to me. I will need the measurements of the wall as well. I will send you as close to scale mock-up of the painting in the space as possible.
Prints are made to order unless stated otherwise (for example Limited Edition prints). Therefore, I cannot offer returns or exchanges because I don’t have any actual physical product lying around. So please make sure the style, color and size you are ordering is exactly what you are hoping to get.
EXCEPTIONS: DAMAGED GOODS or BAD PRINTING
I work with a third party printing company for a lot of my products and occasionally they will ship badly printed products or products will arrive damaged. If you are to receive one such product, please email me at email@example.com with your name, address, order number, a picture of the faulty product, and an explanation of the problem…. and I will personally contact them and get you a replacement for that bad order.
Should any concerns about original or reproduction artwork or products occur, please contact me with 7 days of receiving your purchase. After 7 days, my ability to resolve any issues is much more limited.
Reproductions and products featuring my art bought on other sites (such as Fine Art America or Society 6) are covered by their shipping and handling and return policies. I have no control over their processes.
