I’ve got a new project going…a podcast and YouTube show. I hate it when people start off with “I’m super excited to announce…” but I’m pretty fired up about this! So what’s it about? Creativity!
Creative Soul Life
Creative Soul Life is about exploring how to use creativity as a form of self-care. This isn’t about creating something specific but about the use of creativity in your daily life and how that improves your well-being.
Being a teacher at heart (and in practice for almost 30 years), I’ve been trying to find my niche in the digital education space. This show combines several desires I have to inspire and help, especially women, and realize their potential within their own creative selves.
I had this idea early this year but had to put it on hold while we went through our move. Part of the hold was accidental…my good microphone and other equipment got packed up early!
Six weeks ago I finally got started and have posted an episode each week. I haven’t hit a set day YET, but I have posted one per week, which is my goal. Each episode last 10-25 minutes. I’m aiming for about 15 minute episodes but sometimes I get excited and keep talking!
I’m releasing it on both YouTube and as a Podcast (Spotify/Apple Play/Amazon) because I know most people have a preferred format. I enjoy both depending on if I’m home (YouTube) or in my car (Podcast). It’s the same episode both ways so you can even switch back and forth and not miss anything.

The Comparison Trap is in progress for this week’s episode. I’ve got over 30 ideas and the list grows daily.
